Hello?

Taptap.

Mic test.

Any South Park fans here that have seen the latest episodes on ImaginationLand? What? WHAT?

You haven't? Oh dear me.

PART 1: http://www.southparkzone.com/episodes/1 ... nland.html
PART 2: http://www.southparkzone.com/episodes/1 ... de-II.html

I admit to almost crying on the second part. Now time for the name-calling.

Oho, you shall love ImaginationLand. It's just so incredibly written. If you do not enjoy it, even just a little bit, I'll <THIS IS A REQUEST PLEASE BELIEVE IT>.

"Incredibly written" is something on par with Bioshock's dialog.

Which had gone to waste, considering most of the fanboys that buy the game instantly look for a "Skip Cutscene" button.

I couldn't resist.
Please forgive me.

On a better note: what is ImaginationLand?
And is it as retarded as it sounds?

The episode premise:

Cartman swears he's seen a leperachaun which end up leading Kyle and Stan to walk through the doors of the world's imagination. But once they get there to tell them the message the leperachaun was going to send, terrorists attack the place, causing all of imagination to run wild.

What is ImaginationLand?

Exactly what it sounds like. The land in which all of the world's imagination lives in. Srsly, this episode has like, everything. They're got Raggedy Anne, Mario, Aslon, Morpheous, Charlie Brown, Rapunzel, cowboys, mermaids, Egyptian gods, Zeus, Popeye, Luke Skywalker, Ronald McDonald, Cinderella, Mighty Mouse, like. You can't even begin to believe how many models of imaginary characters they have in these episodes.

When you make assumptions, I don't like you.

this 3-parter is easily my favorite episode in a long time.

it also marked the return certain jokes from previous episodes.

1) mel gibson (still naked and torturing himself)
2) the demented, satan-worshiping woodland critters from that one christmas special (that blood orgy will haunt my dreams forever )
3) manbearpig ("no, i think its half bear, half man-pig")

so, i'm looking forward to the conclusion this wednesday.

Did you know:

South Park's tasteless gore and disgusting images are actually intended as a satire of the cliched gross humor.

The effect is usually lost on its viewers.

But really. Could you really say that you honestly enjoyed watching Stan's dad take the world's largest shit?

Not even Stan could make that episode great. It almost made me cry when I thought about how great the tourettes episode was the week before that episode aired.

I'm a fan of the show, but I don't love all the episodes. In fact, Seasons 1 - 4 are almost suffering to watch. Season 5 is were it really started to hit off.

The boys need to have the show centered mainly around them. Characters like Randy and Mr. Garrison just can't carry a good episode unless they're in there for small jokes and not the main focus.

(I'M LOOKING AT YOU, D-YIKES.)
