AWKWARD ZOMBIE

Thought this would be fun, and haven't found a thread exactly like it. If you were a super hero, what powers would you have and what would be your costume? What would be your secret identity and super hero name? Also, no blatant copies of outrageously famous superheroes (Batman, Superman, Iron Man, etc.) you can use the concept, but if you're gonna copy them out then there's no reason for this thread. And you don't necessarily have to make the flamboyant superheroes from comic books; you can make more subtle types or have it so you use your powers in everyday situations or something. Be free with your design.

That said, here's mine:

No superhero name, I use my power as Travis.
Power: Chronomancy, or the manipulation of time.
Signature Outfit: Slightly baggy jeans, black leather belt, hiking boots, tee shirt, red jacket, unzipped
Strengths: Dodging and mobility
Weaknesses: Requires much focus to keep the 'mancy going
Description of Power: Can control the flow of time, using it to speed up (fast forward), slow down, stop time, and even reverse to an extent.

Actually the origin suffix of -mancy is for someone who gets information from something. So a chronomancer would be someone who looks into the past or the future for information. Ok, done being Etymology-man, let's move on to a different hero...

Name: Morpheous
Power: Shapeshifting!
Strength: Ignore conservation of mass, shapeshift healing.
Weakness: Requires focus to perform the changes and keep them.
outfit: Whatever I feel like.

Hmm. That's interesting, never knew that. What suffix is "to control" or "to manipulate"? And that means I'll have to punch people who use the word "Pyromancy" in the wrong context now. :B

Power: Ice making / manipulation
Signature Outfit: yellow Pikachu t shirt and snowboard pants.
Strengths: ice puns, and humid environments
Weaknesses: better/"hot" puns, dry places,
Description of Power: power level reflects self "esteam"(would be dangerous) am able to mentally form the moisture in the air into solid ice. Its a cool power. By day Im stuck in an office CUBEical from 9-5, but by night I fight warm beverages and migraines.

Looks like the proper term is an -urge (for work)
not that Pyrourgy or chronourgy have quite the same ring to them.
Kenesis would be 'movement' and works too, as it's not restricted to mental matters.

Name: Damsel
Powers: Wing Manifestation (dragonfly), Flight, Sonic Scream, Infrared/Ultraviolet Vision
Signature Outfit: Green aviator goggles; iris becomes compound and red when wings manifest; keeps hair in a ponytail to not get in the way; green skirt and tank top, white leggings and brown kneehigh boots (how do I fashion design lol)
Strengths: Flight speeds of up to 60 mph
Weaknesses: Very frail wings, are broken easily (no harm done to the user); can only manifest wings once a day; sonic voice is clumsy to use
Description of Power: Grows large dragonfly-esque wings; can see infrared, color, and ultraviolet light allowing for thermal vision; doesn't do well in fights but is an excellent speedster much like The Flash

I imagine her as a kind of peppy schoolgirl type, but she talks quietly so as to not accidentally use her sonic voice during conversation. (Maybe she uses sign language??)

Superhero Name: Black Book
Power: Information.
Signature Outfit: Whatever I feel like.
Strengths: Indispensable to both heroes and villains, ensuring no messy demises.
Weaknesses: I have to actually talk to the fuckers.
Description of Power: By making a contract with me, I can give out a fact for an equal fact. Say a superhero wants to know his nemesis's weakness. I'll tell him, but in exchange he needs to tell me his weakness. This information can be bought or sold through varying contracts. And when a contract is made, it cannot be reneged upon. Supernatural shit forces it to be honored.

Villain name: Legion (lol creative I know)
Power: Multiplication. Can create exact copies of himself.
Signature Outfit: ??? no idea.
Strengths: Can overwhelm opponents with sheer numbers
Weaknesses: Not physically very strong, and he can't recombine with copies. Every time he makes a shit-ton of clones, that is a shit-ton of copies of himself now running around, having to share food and loot. Fights over who the "Alpha" is also break out. In most cases he'll send waves of himself at problems in the hopes they'll kill themselves off in the process.

I always liked the destructive powers of villains, so I'll be posting my villain self for you all to have for a nemesis.

Name: Voodoo Vrominosi (yeah yeah "how original")
Power: Voodoo doll style wound duplication (I am hurt, now you have the same wound too!) and slight regeneration. (like no where near wolverine or deadpool, but still kinda fast when compared to normal people)
Signature outfit: white baggy pants and long sleeved shirt, bloodstained and ripped from battles.
Strengths: enough small wounds can either knock out or kill my enemies by either mental shock from the pain, or bloodloss. Mortal wounds can take every enemy near me down, so attempting to kill me gives me the upper hand. Can work against people with invulnerability or super defense.
Weaknesses: Can only be used on people withing 10 feet (lol I R dead by gun haver at 11+ feet), no pain blocking, slow super regeneration can result in an easy death, can't recover blood as fast, portal based powers don't let the 10 feet transfer through the portals, quick deaths to me can assure victory for my enemies without sacrificing anyone, royally screwed against robots/golems/undead (because it only works on living fleshy things) and people who have super regeneration.

Name: Mage
Power: Telekinesis
Signature outfit: White hoodie?
Strength: Can easily lift self/fly
Weakness: Something that really fucks up my brain. That or something that would kill me.
Power: able to move things with my mind, including myself, energy beams??
