Hello AZ

You might have heard about the fact that I recently finished the first draft of a novel. Did I mention that? Because that is an event that occurred.

Due to having finished a long, drawn-out writing project, I'm in the mood for doing some shorter stuff. Flash Fiction, to be exact.

GIVE PROMPTS PLS

The Spoon man has also agreed to participate, so we will each be doing our own take on each prompt. There'll be a 750 word limit on each one, although they might be a little shorter or longer depending on how the story works out.

We'll be taking the first three prompts that get suggested. I'd really rather you didn't do things like "a t. rex rides a motorcycle up a volcano while robots shoot zombie pirate steampunk". If you feel like you really need to though, who am I to judge you for being a terrible person?

We haven't decided on a time limit to get done with each story because you can't rush stories about dicks.

I always thought it would be cool to write a book about the point of view of a citizen living in Atlantis during the fall of Atlantis. You can tun with that idea if you want.

That uh, might be something of a big idea for 750 words

How about a private detective, sitting in his office thinking about the last case he solved? Maybe a murder case, maybe a very clever case of robbery (and he's the only one who knows and tricked the thieves and now has the real haul).

Maybe just me, but I'm thinking of some good ol' timey noir private dick here.
Or maybe it's a good ol' timey private dick thinking about the troubles of today compared to yesteryear.

Child sneaks onto a hot air balloon at the hot air balloon festival.

Write about a bride on her wedding day as she waits for the ceremony.

From what culture and era? That will drastically change the story.

Oh snap. Uhh..... English Victorian Era. Let's go with that.

After I read the word "Palooka," I started reading it in the voice of Donald Duck. Pretty good, though.

naw it's been a pretty busy week for me, but that's coolin down so I'll get started on these tomorrow
