So basically, sports thread. Post whatever sports you practise and any information about them you feel like sharing. Also your exercising routines if you have them. Heck, just post anything related to sports.

I guess I'll start off. I do breakdance, I go snowboarding during winter breaks and windsurfing during the summer. I also teach windsurfing to kids. I'm trying to get back into exercising and working out, but it's hard to combine with college life and my regular breakdance training. Also, I'm a lazy fuck. I train at least 6 hours a week, recently more because we have to do a show in a couple of weeks. I got upwards of 9 hours last week. Next week is gonna be a lot less since I'll get 34 hours of classes and a test :(.

My current job is very physical; It's the equivalent of doing 7-8 hours of weight lifting/aerobic exercise 5 days a week.

I probably lift multiple metric tonnes each day.

I also sometimes go for walks.

I usually do mild exercise at least 3 times a week, mainly to keep my joints and muscles from hurting since I sit a lot.

I'm pretty lazy.

I can't play most sports because of a heart problem, that also keeps me from doing exercises like weight lifting. My doctor suggested swimming as an exercise. Guess we will be swimming a lot this spring/summer.

I run for 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week to help with weight management. If I keep up this pace (and hopefully control my eating) I should be under 200 lbs in a few weeks.

The only exercise I really get is walking back and forth from my halls to campus. :B Still, that's at least half an hour a day in total, I guess. I dunno. Eh. Although I had a pretty nice walk not long ago through a park I found, so I'll probably start going for walks around there at some point when the weather starts improving.

I usually walk around the university plaza for my exercise. It is very relaxing.

I run a mile then do as many pushups and situps as I possibly can.

Seems to be working nicely so far.

I work out at (weight training, stamina, etc) least an hour, at least twice a week. It should be 3x a week but somehow I can never get it together on Fridays. Which means I haven't done a proper leg workout in like two months but OH WELL my job has me squatting a lot so I guess it's ok haha.

But, in all honesty, I haven't been able to go out and exercise. I used to go and walk around the lake, but due to the winter, and I have to watch my brother every daisies day, I can't go out.

I walk a lot but that's about it.
I also once walked to a park/nature area 5 miles away, explored it, then walked back. My legs died that day.
