reminds me of when my dad was playing in his work's dayshift vs nightshift softball game.

He was at 1st base when the next batter hit the ball. My dad was kinda busy admiring the hit, then suddenly realized he should be running to next base.

He did.

My dad doesn't run. He waslks very quickly, but hadn't run in years before then(bad knees and ankles from the military).

He fell. And slid.

The dust made his blue denim jeans turn brown, lol.
