There's... not much of an actual issue here. Although it sounds a little squick, there's nothing really wrong with a dead person involuntarily donating sperm to someone and the person's mother adopting the child.
Except for the cheddar issue, of course.

in all honesty, i think the decision was made by her for a good cause. i didnt even think about it tbh that sperm could be used after death. at least then if say you die, you can still have a child to go on.

but the financial issue does pose a problem. hopefully she wont have 8 kids out of this lol
