Self explanatory topic, I mainly wanted to know if there's anyone here that actually sleeps on their back :U
I can't because I get Sleep Paralysis.

I sleep on my stomach with one arm under my pillow.

Can't recall getting that, but I usually wake up on my back. If I sleep on my stomach I usually have arm under me so I can breathe easily, its comfortable but not for long periods of time.

All three, though I've only fallen asleep on my stomach once and it hurt like hell when I woke up. My neck ow.

I don't know what position I fall asleep in, but I usually try all three.
