So, I'm having an amazingly garbage day, and for some reason all I can think about is this.

What's your guilty pleasure? As in, something you like, or that you indulge in when you're alone or having a shitty day, but would never enjoy in front of somebody else because you don't want to be viewed as childish/low-brow/tasteless/posery/etc.

I think everybody indulges in pop music every now and again, so that one doesn't make me feel as embarrassed anymore, but when it's just me (or my brother, who will bop along to almost anything) in the car, I like to listen to stuff like Five Finger Death Punch and Starset. I feel too embarrassed about their AUGH LOVE IS HARD FEELINGS ARE BAD I'M YELL ABUOT IT shtick to listen to them in front of anyone who might judge me though. Last time I tried to listen to Pendulum with my mom in the car she laughed at me about how hokey my music was. :'c

I like REACT videos, mostly with teens reacting to retro stuff… I think it's charming when people younger than me are exposed to things I grew up with, it's just fun. But blah blah react videos are bad and the fine bros are bodaciously the devil etc

The more I play them, the more I realize I love otome dating sims. Especially the really ridiculous ones like Panzermadels or Hatoful Boyfriend.

Also I listen to nightcore because I am 100% chipmunk loving trash.

Just joking, I like some reaction videos as well. I like the ones with the older people in them. The teens react videos are dumb though. In what universe does a teen not already know about Nirvana. I just kinda assumed that as soon as someone turns 13, the angstmobile hand delivers them a copy of Nevermind.


I don't know what my guilty pleasure is. I use women's shampoo, but that's only because most guy's shampoo just sucks.

I also like Taco Bell a lot.

Nightcore is honestly pretty nice, the main reason I don't listen to it more often is because the Youtube videos tend to feature scantily clad anime girls and I don't want that on my Youtube history.

I like weird or bizzare ASMR videos, I heavily enjoyed the anime Shimoneta, I eat bowls of Salad Toppings and italian dressing as comfort food, and I guess thsts it (that i will ever admit here)

I stay up late at night watching COPS compilation video's on Youtube
Twenty-One pilots is also my favorite band. Although I feel that's only a guilty pleasure because they're number one on the pop charts. Which is why I like them so much, their outstanding popularity yet their songs are so unlike anything else on the radio at the moment.

Anyone hesrd of SMG4? His videos are nothing short of memeworthy, but for some reason the show he does draws me in, probably because I was a Fleskhjerta fan as a kid.

Bro Team is kinda scummy and crass, but I fucking love his videos and seeing him genuinely be a good guy and help people through their depression on tumblr is nice.

Behind all the Game, Power Metal, and pop flyin' J-pop music I listen to...

I freakin love listening to My Chemical Romance.

I still enjoy Linkin Park, only the old stuff though. I don't really go out of my way to listen to it but yeah.

It was bodaciously the first actual band I liked, back when I was like, 12.

I really like BroScienceLife and generally any content Mike Tornabene produces, even if it's just him showing off his shiny new car.
