Back on topic though. I like all kinds of potato. Chips, especially if they are crispy but fluffy on the inside. Mash potato is good too, lumpy, creamy, cheesey, plain.
Oh and baked potatoes are wonderful.

i hate super smooth mashed potatoes. they have to have a bit of a lumpyness to it.
