"O-okay then..." Punchy immediately takes the medicine, perking up afterward.

"Ahh... thank you!"

Punchy dashes out the door.

"It's nighttime you bastards. Clear out of Main Street, or suffer le mort, upupu"

Night 6

Pierce and Whitney leave the eagle's house.

"Why don't I walk you home, rookie? It's getting dark out."

"Thanks," Whitney mumbled. "But what about you? You'd have to walk back here alone." She cast a suspicious glance around the area, but didn't seem to notice anything suspicious.

"I....think I'll be all right. But thanks for the concern."

They walk to Whitney's house.

The wolf opened the front door to her home and paused, thinking about something. She turned to Pierce. "Tomorrow...should we investigate the train station again? Or do you think that will do any good?"

"I didn't get a very good look around, so let's do that."

"Well, good night. See you tomorrow."

"Good night." Whitney shut the door and latched it, then turned and headed up the stairs with a quiet sigh.

Pierce carefully walked through the streets before ending up at his own home. He unlocked the door, stepped inside, and retired for the night.

Lucky heads home after hearing the announcement.

Nook's Nighttime Corner
