Wait how the hell did a seal end up in the middle of a road?

Occasionally I hear gusts of wind outside but since I'm only getting the very edge of the storm things don't seem too bad. No power flickering or anything
This storm is really freaking me out. I hope everyone over on the east coast is safe

as in, we get some gusty winds and drizzle

I wanted that hurricane. The waves int he harbour would be pretty.
