Is it just me or does this cherry look like it's taking a dump?

This morning I made scrambled eggs that looked suspiciously like Ronald Reagan.

He was delicious.

That's what you get for being Canadian. Us fat Americans get all the cool food.

YEAH? WELL WE SUPPLY YOUR MAPLE SYRUP. YOU'LL PUT UP WITH OUR MISTAKING HAM FOR BACON IF YOU WANT DELICIOUS SYRUP-Y GOODNESS!

Even though I think you can make your own. You're just too busy with your cool food to make it.

I do believe you're forgetting the strong maple syrup economy of Maine and Vermont. In fact, the syrup of the aforementioned states is on par with and sometimes better than your syrup. So there.

In fact, here in Maine, we have this wonderful thing called "Maple Syrup Sunday." It's quite awesome.

Incidentally, bacon with real maple syrup is delectable.

I wasn't sure. I've never had to learn about the maple syrup industry (AMAZING, I KNOW!) in Canada, let alone outside of it. If that's true though, maybe I'll have some of their syrup shipped to me... mmm.. P: Thanks for telling me!

I forget what it's called, but there's another type of Canadian bacon up here, that's ham coated in maple syrup or something. And then fried. Extremely delicious, unless you don't like sweets. Then you're going to be sick.

Unlike poutine, that's a Canadian food item I'd eat.

Poutine I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

Poutine is fucking delicious. Do not mock it if you haven't tried it, especially around us canooks. We'll eat your insides for mocking our precious.

Really though, only its name makes it sound gross (it's also french, ew). All it is, is fries with gravy and cheese.

It's the gravy that turns me off. I've never been much of a fan.

Fries with cheese is all well and good, but gravy? I'll pass.
