Well as for time stuff:

It would just be localized stuff. Not necessarily traveling through time until like the cretacious era, but just stopping time and moving around which could act like teleportation or something. Or accelerating yourself to move super-fast, stupid shit like that. Combat purposes, primarily; maybe traveling back a few seconds/minutes into the past in order to fight alongside yourself in the present.

I think an interesting superpower would be to have complete invulnerability except when I said a curse word.

I would have an enemy sniper team following me everywhere waiting for me to stub my toe or something.
