Well if you read a certain guide by a certain Max Brooks you learn that all you need is a good rifle, a small blunt weapon, running shoes, and some smarts, you can survive the zombie apocalypse almost anywhere.

p.s. you should give it a read, it was a very fun book.

Guess [CN] is still my decoy in a zombie invation. Also the worst type of zombie, so far as I know, arent the reanimated type, they are the types that just go insane from a virus causing them to be canibles, spreading their virus on bite, though they would die easy and there wou:d be few of them. either that or brain paricites.

You know what would be more terrifying than zombie people? Zombie bees. We need to make defense plans for them.

Ugh. It's not that I'm against the fun of discussing this, it's just that the tone of many of the posts is sincere. I mean, yeh, sure, it's fun to talk about how/if you might survive a zombie outbreak (I've done it with friends before (There's a B&Q just up the road, SCORE)), but... IDK, I just get the impression that this thread is a serious discussion. And that rings '<<Conspiracy theory>>'bells in my head.

On topic then... I guess, as I said, I'd hold out at the B&Q up the road. Plenty of stuff to build fortifications, plus, sledgehammers and chainsaws, endless rows of them! There's a bunch of supermarkets near there too, so that's food for a while, when we can scavange during the day... Dense population, though, so for the first few days, it'd be pretty heavily bombarded. And there's loads of entrances, so that's a danger. Alternatively, there's a GoOutdoors nearer me (hillwalking/mountainclimbing/camping shop) with loads of swiss army knives and mallets and shit. Plus, ENERGY BARS! Omanomanom.

Although, truth be told, if a zombie apocalypse DID happen, I'd probably just find a tree stump and off myself.

Also I would like to point out that a chainsaw won't do shit for you if you can't fuel it.
