I really doubt that he would have had to apologize for messing up if that were the case.

I investigated Cori. It said she was Occult. Turbo later apologized for mixing up what she should have come up as (Witchhunter).
The only role that would have this form of mix-up is exactly what she claimed.
Therfore, Cori is indeed the Shitty Wizard.
