So I've been getting into playing Magic the Gathering on Cockatrice thanks to Tuxedo Mask. Thing is that I'm only confident enough to play against casual scrubs like me, and those can be hard to find.
So far my "best" (least worst) strategy is to just swarm the opponent with squirrels. So many squirrels.

I was momentarily considering putting that card in.

Friend put together a Sliver/Eldrazi deck that has completely jacked up our meta. got a chance to go up against it with my goblin deck and managed to completely stop him dead in his tracks. Got control of one of his Eldrazi with annihilator with a sorcery and wiped his side of the board. Threw it right back at him with Collateral Damage and began piling up goblins afterwards.

I got a secret rare energy switch and a Thundurus EX yesterday, glad I snagged my first secret rare from the x/y sets, hope this luck transfers to Ancient Origins for those cool shiny full arts.

Bringing this back, because I've gotten back into Yugioh. My water deck is running very well! I'm so pleased with it. I didn't know it really was a good deck. I've beaten quite a few guys at my college, haha. Funniest moment was when a guy wouldn't attack me for 10 straight turns, because he was afraid my face down monster was a penguin. It wasn't. Although, he should've known it wasn't after the 3rd or so turn, because why would I have not flipped it upward and send his Blue Eyes back to his hand by then? And, as of today, I now have 3 Penguin Soldiers in my deck, hehe. So troll.

It's fun being able to play every day, because in our cafeteria, there was always a big table for Magic players, but now there's also a big table for Yugioh players! Sometimes we get so many people that we have to steal a mini table, and connect it to our booth. The Magic players do this as well. I should get into that game, but I don't have any decks other than the freebie ones I can borrow from my brother, which he got at PAX South.

Didn't do all that great but I pulled the super special Sacred Foundry. A friend in my game group pulled the Godless Shrine. Another friend who collects Noah Bradley cards... is probably going to empty his trade binder

Since I don't have internet access in any sort of regularity (or a computer of my own, for that matter), I picked up Magic: the Gathering to pass the time with my brother.

I think I like it a bit more than back when I played Yu-Gi-Oh in school.

After watching Two Best Friends play Yomi, I really want to try it. Has anyone here ever played it?

My Magic deck summons a lot of Soldier tokens. I don't have enough token cards to represent them, so I made my own.
