So Primal Clash cards have already begun leaking in English, the culprit? Target.



Apparently, Target had been selling the "Hoenn Region Collector's Album", a mini-binder that holds 60 cards and comes with a pack of the cards, some Targets have been selling them, so if you find one, you just got a pre-pre-release pack of cards.

Primal Clash has the following new features to the card game.

-Ancient Trait Cards featuring "Alpha Growth", "Alpha Heal", "Omega Barrier", and "Omega Multi-Strike", each Trait lets a Pokemon either attach 2 energy cards at the same time, Heal twice as much damage, protect against trainer cards, and even hitting twice, this makes them much more viable compared to regular cards at times.
-Full art Mega Evolutions
-Gold versions of Item Cards

Basically, it's a set that really tries to fix problems with the X/Y sets currently, no more gold border cards it seems.

Im mainly a Yugioh player, with my Fortune Lady/Ancient Gear being my go to deck. I even started up a yugioh club in my highschool with a few friends that ended up with like 20 members my senior year. I also play Machina, Thunder, Six Samurai, and Infernity.

Ive played a bit of Magic when I played with my friends black/blue deck, but never collected them or owned a deck myself.

I collected a bunch of Pokemon cards when I was little, but never learned how to play.

I played Duel Masters as a kid and really liked it, unfortunately it came out at the same time as yugioh and it got overlooked.

I collected Naruto cards but because it never took off I never had a chance to ever use them.

I also have some Digimon Cards, I got holographic MetalGreymon so Its all I really needed.

Also my friend dragged me into a few games of the MLP TCG. It is way more fun than it sounds for some reason.

Just got finished trying Sentinels of the Multiverse. Really enjoyed it.

One of my friends got into Magic and now it's spreading through the gang like a plauge. Besides him i'm the most into it and just bought a box and built a haphazard black and white deck.

I don't really know what I'm doing.

What set(s) did you buy? Black/white is my go-to colour combo I can give you some advice if you want (PS it's removal spells)

I played Magic a little bit with some friends in theater when I was in one of their plays. I'm thinking of buying some cards so I can play with them with something I'm more familiar with.
I also bought a card game last summer called Regime at Lexington ComicCon. Was pretty fun, turns out that was the first time they were selling it. It's doing alright now.

No? Only the regular EX pokemon got Full-Arts, the Mega Evolutions only got stupid Secret Rare versions that only differ with a gold border, and thats /it/. The secret rares in PC are gold versions of good Trainer Cards. That was myy biggest gripe with the sets, and Im glad Primal Clash fixes that.

Oh, you meant non-EX Megas? Never mind, then. You're right, the EX Megas got the full art cards.

My older cousins got CAH for Christmas and want me and some of the other mature family members to play. WHOOP!

The 2015 core set I think. It's a big white box. The deck I made focuses on gaining and draining life, didn't get many counter spells to work with.
I also made another deck that uses green land enchantments and dual colored lands for maximum shenanigans.

I play Magic every so often with a group of friends and we have some of the craziest shenanigans sometimes.

For example, there's the time one of us got to over 60 health in a single turn using Debt to the Deathless and still lost because his deck wasn't that great and he'd made himself a huge target, or the time another got up 128 goblin tokens, or the1024/1024 creature that still couldn't win because I had a First Striker with deathtouch, or the times one friend bodaciously just discarded his Jace every time he drew it because it was a shitty and actively harmed his milling. Since everyone's still fairly casual our meta is fairly slow and setup-heavy, and counterspells are everywhere.

I'm currently running the cheesiest enchantment deck - four Underworld Coinsmiths, other misc. Constellation cards, Adjani's chosen and four eidolons of countless battles. You get a coinsmith and a Riptide chimera down and you can farm health. Then late-game you get 4 health, intimidate and two cat tokens, as well as +1/+1 for the Eidolons. Once it sets up it's hortifying.
