How does it feel to know that in the next few years, we'll have teenagers who were born after 9/11 happened with deep concrete opinions about the event?

Have you ever discussed things with a stubborn teenager before and tried to get them to listen to you?

It's like trying to pull a stretched out piece of gum out of a concrete column.

I know a lot of people who proport to be open minded and "know the truth" and whatnot about things and go around online spouting crap about Sandy Hook being fake and whatnot because they have a "deeper" understanding of the "real" issue.

Not looking forward to the future of this, frankly.

I actually taught a small class of 3-6th graders over the summer that'll be those teenagers, and was disturbed to find that they joke about 9/11 like it's something that happened yeeeeeaaars ago and doesn't still have an affect today. It was an interesting trade-off though, since at the same time they also talked about homosexuality without any offense whatsoever, treating it completely normally. So we've definitely got our pros and cons as far as the next generation goes I suppose.

Man, how many generations have said that before I dont know. That said, Ive seen plenty of pictures where it wasnt taken serious anyways, so. Regardless of age, those people will always be somewhere.

Looks less like a pony and more like that redone Jesus picture that lady made.

Well. I can honestly say that's something I didn't expect to see today.
