Ah there it is. I only know it starting with "Imagine you're a bus driver", then all that stuff with the stops and people getting on and off.

I remember that riddle only having the "What's the bus driver's name?" as the question to stump the guy after kept track of all the math. After reading that one on here I was like "wut?" when there was actually a question pertaining to the math.
