Waiting all week to talk to someone. Then things not really working out because of time zones and the other person being busy painting boats all day. It just.. kinda puts a damper on my day because we never really talk any more.

You know that phenomenon where if you sit in a dark room for long enough it stops being quite so dark, then you turn the lights on, and when you turn the lights off again you're suddenly aware of how dark it really was?

The BMI is crap, and it is in no way healthy for you if that is how you got it.

Haha, No I have not. But I am considering swimming this summer. And dieting. After my junk food runs out I won't buy anymore, just healthy food.

What you should do is get rid of what you still have and buy healthy food now. Getting into shape isn't something that, mentally, is a good idea to have procrastination in. Also ,dieting and exercise probably isn't going to make you lose weight, since you will be gaining muscle as well.

W-Welp... my dad's coming back from his trip tonight... and he's going to be greeted by leaving our household and moving away...

This... probably won't be the last time I see him... but things aren't going to be the same... I don't want to follow the path that my uncle and him underwent and get divorced after so many years. I don't wish to repeat their actions... that's the last thing I want to do...

no dude, an eating disorder is a really horrible way to lose weight. i mean, besides all the baggage that comes with it, you're destroying your metabolism so when you do eat again you'll gain a bunch of weight. and also with exercise, if you want something lower key you could try walking every day. it can make a big difference, even if it's just a little.
