Mafia is a game about deceit. There's no rules about lying, it's encouraged. As long as you don't do anything meta.

Alright, in this case, I feel comfortable accusing Sol. D-vid was killed after accusing him, and Sol could be lying to try to get a perfectly innocent bear murdered.

I dunno, yo. Exeres did just point the finger at Sol directly before he announced he was the cop and we should lynch Nefarious.

Before making the assumption, I'd at least like to hear from everyone else. They might be the real cop, or not. Even if the counterclaim might be wrong, it could at least start a discussion that may reveal the truth.

What we could do actually, is to ignore what Sol just said. Hear me out.

If he is the cop, the mafia will most likely kill him tonight.
If he is not the cop, he won't be dead in the morning.

Now, we still have the doc working here, so he might not be killed or he will be killed, so this has a fair amount of inaccuracy, but it is the closest way we got to verification.

And even though he dies, we still have the information he posted.

Also, he didn't reveal who he investigated on the other day, and I don't remember him dropping any hints on what he might have investigated that day.

The game is currently at LYLO: Lynch or Lose. Failing to lynch a mafia member will result in a loss for the town, assuming the mafia kills a townie at night.
