I thought dandruff was just a name for a noticeably flaky scalp ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But yeah I take pretty good care of my hair, wash it regularly, don't really use products or blow dryers too often etc etc. The scalp doesn't feel dry per se, there's just a few particular spots where flakes always build up and it gets annoying.

The shampoo is just Head and Shoulders, I think it's just their basic stuff which doesn't have too many strong chemicals I think? So I wouldn't call it medical shampoo exactly. When I was younger I had some really strong stuff that smelled horrible, but it worked. I think I could try switching brands first though.

On my way to school there are these big construction signs on the sidewalk to warn people about loose gravel and uneven pavement and other unimportant shit. I ride a bike and so my choice is to either ride on the road with abundant traffic and big-rigs coming off the highway, or be on the side walk but have to get on and off every 20 seconds.

I messed up and I was pretty rude to a customer. Even though I apologized to them, and my boss got annoyed with them too and even said "you wouldn't even have needed to apologize to those rude asses" to me, and nothing got mentioned again about it for the rest of the evening and she was making jokes with me later too, I can't help but keep thinking about it because I'm worried about bad consequences for me.

Nah. I'm going to (possibly incorrectly) assume that customer service positions in Germany are treated similarly to those in America: You would have known right there if there would be a problem.

I'm not really sure to be honest, because of the employee talk I had on monday with my boss and her stand-in, and there were quite a lot of things I learned they were exchanging which I didn't knew or even think about.
So now I'm worried that I get to hear on monday that I scraped by a warning - or maybe actually do get one.

Because the abbreviation of the shop name bodaciously is "Customer is King", and my store is especially known for being customer friendly, and I got to hear a lot to swallow it down when people annoy me.

So uh, yeah. Atleast tonight it will still occupy my mind, which is the thing which actually does annoy me, because there is nothing I can change about no matter what will happen. I thought it would vanish after having had dinner but I guess not, whelp.

Kik? I always wondered what that meant.
I agree with Riku, if you were in trouble you probably would have been told the same day.

Yeah it's KiK, I only found out last week friday/saturday what that ment too because I read about a guideline card and I wondered what that was, which made my boss chuckle and she pulled out a small card from the shelf where it was spelled out.

(Now everyone knows where I work, oh no)

Babies and toddlers being loud in church are pretty annoying. It's also more annoying when the priest or the choir makes their voices even louder to try and cover up the noise. Babys crying is understandable, but the parents have to either quiet them quickly, or step out for a bit to the nursery. They could also just stay in the nursery for mass, since they can watch and listen to it from there. But the most annoying thing is when the parents/relatives are the ones making their kids loud.

I wish people would stop shopping at the last minute. It's one thing to go in for one or two small things or a sudden emergency, but... coming fifteen minutes before closing, knowing everyone has things they have to do before the store closes, and then shopping for about twenty minutes. Last minute customers have a tendency to be pretty shitty towards us, too, often acting like it's beneath them to talk more than a couple of feet to get something, saying we should get it for them.

I work at a home improvement retailer, not a restaurant.

I can only speak for myself, but I usually end up at the grocery store about 15 minutes before closing because I hate being around people, and being stuck in a line with dull eyed parents, drooling, whiny children and slow old people is a special level of hell for me. I only do this for groceries though, not any other kind of store.

Well yes, but even then, there's a difference between picking things up for a late dinner or two, and doing a week's shopping for four.

That being said, there's a reason that the store is open that late. Helping customers is supposed to be counted into the time that you need to do your closing duties. If you can't get it done in a timely fashion, it's likely just as much a problem with the customers as it is with you not being familiar enough with your closing tasks.

Every retail store I've worked at has never taken the time it takes to do closing duties into account. Once your time was up you clocked out and if you weren't done you either kept going until finished or there'd be a write up. Wage theft is rampant in retail because they don't give a fuck about giving employees the time to do their closing duties.

And every retail store that I've worked at has the closing schedule set up in such away that it's easy to get everything done within five minutes of the scheduled clock-off.
Obviously there will be differences in management between companies and regions, but I would say that it's generally a safe assumption that the company has evidence that it is feasible to complete all tasks within the allotted time. Is it a dick move to bring two carts full of merchandise through the checkout ten minutes before closing? Hell yes. But at the same time, you should expect that carelessness to some extent, and manage your closing schedule accordingly.
