I genuinely didn't know I was allowed to double-post; lynching me for editing to add on a question seems like a bit of an inane reason, does it not? It's not as if I edited the post after anyone had responded to it.

Anyway, yeah, the question is whether we can suspect anyone enough to make a lynch. I'd personally feel bad letting the mafia get another free kill on us, but I'm trying to figure out if there's really anyone I can suspect enough to suggest lynching them. Hmm. Any suggestions?

Someone could have seen something in you post that you would edit away before they could respond. The no edit rule works as a "no take backs" effect to make up for the slower play style.

It's up to Supaaku on what to do. :/

The threat comes from you potentially editing what you said to seem less suspicious than adding anything on, and most of it is from the DM killing you right off, not from us lynching you.

You didn't know the specifics so there really isn't that big a deal. You'll be fine.

You know what? I'll accept being killed off. I fucked up; it's only fair. Rules say instant kill, so really it wouldn't be right to make an exception for me, would it? I'd feel too guilty about it if I stayed in play.

ANYWAY.

So far our only potential lead is Dzelda wishing to lynch the no-lynch people. Which, honestly, is not the worst reason I've heard used to lynch someone, but is still rather scummy.

Also, Guyperson, at this point, even if Snake did have intel, which seems unlikely, it would probably be best for them to keep it to themselves for the moment. We can't afford to lose him this early in the war.

What I meant was not "should Snake out himself with his info", it was "If Snake doesn't out his info (highly likely), do we no lynch to be safe, or do we random lynch?"

I agree that this so-called "lead" regarding Dzelda is a pretty daisies weak lead, and I don't want to lynch someone I know well could be town for all I know, especially since that would make me look like mafia. On the other hand, unless someone comes up with a better lead our alternate options right now look like a) no lynch, or b) random lynch. The first option just gives the mafia another free strike at us, and as has been mentioned, we've only got so many support group members left before they strike lucky. The second option might let us take out a mafia member, but we're just as likely to harm ourselves, so that's still a bit iffy.

I'm withholding any definitive vote until I can see if someone has a better idea, though.

Good! Banter suspects me! Thats wonderful. I knew you had it in you to question my motives for wanting to get an educated game going. Let me ask you then: What do YOU get out of killing me?

Let me think.... Ah yes, I will die. That will be one less problem indeed, I do tend to be a loose cannon :) New people to this game tend to die quickly as well. In my first few pages I openly admitted to being a loose cannon. I do not make my actions very clear, but that tends to be because of my overly cautious nature of which I approach things. I just hope Im saved before I end up in water too deep for my head. XD

What else will you gain Banter? Maybe some time for the Mafia to get others. We still have Grey Fox out on the run, so this game could potentially go post haste if you manage to knock me off quick and the mafia gets lucky... possibly Night one had ONE Mafia Kill because the Doctor managed to protect the second victim. You have alot of reasons there already for killing me. And even your message above while I was typing this one seems like your backing off on me, since a random lynch only has an equal chance of hitting one or the other side, but it only has a small chance of hitting you... YOU seem pretty suspicious to me mister.

So, I dont know what you guys think of me, and I may come off as scummy, but Im rather convinced that we should Lynch Banter. I dont like how hes been eyeing me through this conversation, and as equally baseless as it seems that I base my Lynch off that, we will accomplish nothing by sitting and losing members early on to the mafia.

In my eyes he had as good a reason of suspecting you as you had suspecting the first who voted no lynch.

If I was there yesterday I would have suggested a random lynch. It wouldn't even really matter who dies as long as it's not an important role for us, but the reactions of other players would have helped discerning if someone jsut wants someone dead or seems very protective of them and so on.
