"Hrm...if yer goin' with that plan, I think I'll try to use the distraction t'get close to the walls from another side then either make my way to the gate or climb up. Unless ye think I'd be better off elsewhere. I almost forgot, I've also got some potions of Invisibility that might be useful, give us a better advantage for gettin' into position. Jus' keep in mind if you want to use one that even if they can't see ye they can still hear ye."

Are there significant shadows being cast outside the fort? Is it generally 60 feet from cover to the walls from any direction, and what is the terrain like in the clearing? I also don't think it was determined what caster level the invisibility potions were and by extension how long they last.

The potions are CL5 (including the potions of exploding runes). The forest has some shadow extending out to the fort. The terrain is grass, maybe a flower or two, and relatively flat land that they grow on.

When lightning is summoned does it appear to just come down from the sky or from the sword?

"So, if I got the plan right, I'm gonna go out there and lure them back here, we knock em out disguise Blanche and Krom as guards, have me and Blanche sit back as support, while they sneak in with Semli trying to see if he can get in through another way.... Right?"

If you are all done discussing the plan and asking any important info about the situation, go ahead and sum up to me your plan in full and state your first action of it. Not that you have to explain the plan and just state your actions, but it would be nice to not be surprised if I misunderstood something.

I think the plan is:
- Ayalea pretends to be a damsel in distress and lure the guards out in the forest
- the rest of us hide in the bushes
- we overpower or kill the guards, hopefully without alerting the others
- I disguise myself as one of them, I don't think we can disguise anyone else without raising suspicion as there's too much physical difference
- I try to bluff my way inside (even though I have 0 in Bluff, that'll go well), probably going to go with ("Help, we've been attacked by goblins(or whatever), open the gates")
- Meanwhile Semli tries to sneak inside

If anyone wants to alter or add anything to this plan, by all means go ahead.
Are the guards wearing long cloaks of some sort? Else I was thinking we could disguise two halflings as one guard :D.

My first action is to hide in the bushes.

I'll find a good spot to hide and help out with the ambush. Might as well throw sneak attacks into it to help out.

You guys are now hiding in the bushes, waiting for the plan to start. Neither of you can see the other in their hiding spot, and whether that means you are a master of disguise or your ally is blind as a bat remains to be seen.

I move closer to my ally so we can see each other and coördinate our movements.

Very well, you shall re-hide in his bush. Maybe it's the branches in your eye talking, but you feel even more hidden then before, and since you two are in the same bush you can see each other well enough now.

I guess I run out and act out my damsel in distress routine for the guards and proceed to lure them into our ingenious trap.
