"I like that plan. I could be the one to lure them out here, maybe a help me I'm lost and my packmule with all my stuff is stuck act. If we do this, who're gonna get dressed up?"

Also I assist disguising whoever it is who goes in.

Whom of us look the most like the guards posted outside? I'm guessing they're human males?

Elf males, couple guards on the wall are human but mostly elf. Ones out front, elf.
As for who looks most like them, let's see, other than the normal things you'd expect when disguising someone (hair color, etc)
Krom is green, and would break character.
Blanche and Shinsa lack the pointy ears
Cade, Semli, and Aya are all small. Aya has the wrong gender and the other two don't have pointy ears.

Do the guards have helmets that cover up the ears?

I think you keep forgetting Shinsa is female Guyperson.

"I wasn't aware you were into necrophilia Krom. We could also just walk up to the front door and introduce ourselves as mercenaries looking for work."

Shinsa's a female?!
But anyway, the guards aren't wearing helmets, their ears are at the ready for when they need to hear an approaching enemy.

"As ... interesting as that plan would be Krom, we don't have a wagon with us. Or a dead body. Maybe you could try it uh, next time we have those. In the meantime I'm gonna go get ready for our current plan in case we don't get a better one." I then proceed to mess up my hair and put sticks in it and generally go for that 'just got lost in the forest' look.

Also I am carrying with me a Disguise Kit. Would that have the required pointy ears and whatnot for this plan?

The disguise kit adds +2 to disguise checks, yes? So it can negate the penalty of any one symptom besides height, since they're pretty much all -2. So sure, it has fake ear extensions.

(Since our DM likes stuff to be stated, I realized I never did anything with the elf I killed saving Krak and Alexander. We totally have a dead elf body. Slightly rotted.)

I'm going to put a stopper on that and say that Semli would've cited the probability of the soul of the dead elf looking to take Krom's body if he kept it with him. Bluff check if you like.

As far as stating things go, though, I had meant to toy with the Ring of No Visibility during the days after leaving town to see if it had any negative effects that I or anyone else would be able to tell.

"So the plan for now is that Ayalea lures the guards into the bushes where we ambush. We'll see where we go from there. Unless anyone has any objections?"

For stating things, we'd hide in the bushes and attempt to position ourselves between the guards while Ayalea lures them in deeper. We try to lure them as far as they don't get suspicious, or unless we're outside of hearing distance, which ever comes first.

Man I had completely forgotten you had a dead elf body with you. It's decaying and got maggots and stuff on it, I probably should have wolves come by if you don't ditch it. Any attempt to move the body ends with the head falling off due to Krom's previous snapping of its neck. As for the ghost, it never realized it was dead and just left at some point, probably to settle down in some ghost town.

Bluff against Krom: Unless you have the +20 bonus from "The bluff being so out there it isn't even considerable", then you fall for the bluff, Krom. You got a 7 against his 14 (before bonuses).

Who will be disguised? Or are you waiting until after the disappearance to disguise?
