From an objectively viewpoint:
she got way more cheddar than she asked for, but only made half as many videos as she promised, also all three about the same topic when she said she would talk about a different trope every video.

subjectively: She sees misogyny in a lot of things that simply aren't that should be obvious if she played those games through to the end like she claimed.
She doesn't like "damsel in distress" but is also not okay with the opposite, so she seems to be more hung up on the fact that tropes exist at all?
She never properly explains what would be a "good" female character in her opinion and has both criticized arguably weak female characters, sexy looking female characters, strong female characters and mixes thereof.

The main deal seems to be that characters in videogames are written poorly, which while a very legitimate complaint isn't as much a sexism issue as it is with popular media in general. Like the Other M example, you might construe an argument that the change in character wasn't sexist, but you can hardly argue that it didn't turn a mysterious bounty hunter into a bland, boring and annoying piece of eye-candy.

That said Anita is an idiot who has no idea what she's talking about, and I hope people at least learned from this that they shouldn't give cheddar to strangers with questionable merits to make youtube videos, even if they're interested in the topic.

Who got twice as much cheddar on kickstarter than he asked for, then ran out of cheddar halfway through development of the kickstarter game.
Except he actually put that cheddar into his game, though with bad financial management.
Whereas there's rumours Anita spent all that extra cheddar on shoes, a new car and other shit that has fuckall to do with her series.
Which wouldn't surprise me if it was true. All the games she bought didn't even cost $10000 together, and her videos are far from a professional production. She got over 150 000 dollar to make 3 videos anyone with a webcam and a semi-big game collection could have done in their free time.

I don't think this is what she's saying at all. It's been a while since I've watched the videos, but I remember her specifically saying that this particular trope is not, by itself, the problem in any individual game. It's the ridiculous level of pervasiveness of it that's the problem. And also, she totally has offered alternatives, especially in the 3rd video.

I think she once designed a female character and that got criticized by other feminists for being a horrible female character. I might misremember that though.
