I haven't drawn my Secret Santa gift so it is only fair that I haven't received it

I knew there was something I was supposed to do.

Airigh has a very big right to complain, in my opinion, because not only did she enter multiple secret santa exchanges, for this one she made TWO gifts AND submitted them early AND offered to make gifts for anyone who doesn't get one because their secret santa didn't do their's.

THAT is fucking commendable and she has every right to ask where her art is, espcially when it is now 9 days late, after having WEEKS to do it.

By the by, today is the day I PM all secret santas who haven't sent out their gift yet.

If you have not yet started still, there are VERY few excuses that I will accept as reasonable. You are disqualified, and me or Airigh or one of the other lovely people that offered to make up for missing gifts is doing it. It is completely disrespectful to leave it off this long and keep someone waiting, unless, as I said, you have one of the few excuses that would make it totally understandable. If you still want to do the gift, golly good. If you don't, fine. Either way, if your secret santa isn't also on the list pending sending their gift, that lovely person is getting a gift from somebody else. So if you still put your booty to it and get it done, you gave a generous person two gifts, and that's sweet of you.

But at this point in time I am rustled. If you don't think I'm going to buy your excuse, don't even waste your time telling me. Just tell me it's not getting done and we'll go about our business. Thank you and good day.

I have PM'd everyone I haven't seen post a gift/the receiver has asked where their gift is.

Some PMs are still lingering in my outbox before being sent (Airigh, in your case, I discovered the other pm I had sent to your secret santa had still be in there as well, and had yet to send. I have no idea why, but sent another. Hopefully at least one of them will go through) but some already have switched over to my sentbox, meaning they should be in your inbox.

As I said, if you don't have a good excuse, just tell me it's not getting done. If you're still working on it/think you have a good excuse for why you haven't started yet, explain the situation to me and I will pass judgement whether you will be disqualified or if I will simply inform your receiver they'll just have to keep waiting for the time being.

If Airigh's secret santa isn't doing it, I'd be pop flyin' to.

Honestly star, I've never felt it right to complain about charity, so I've always looked down on others that do. I guess I didn't think before I acted.

well, it isn't really charity, since we all agreed to give each other gifts.

If it was just a request or something, I'd be saying she has no right to complain either, but given that it is an exchange and she has given so much and has yet to receive anything from either of the exchanges she's participated in, I think that's very unfair.

So far I haven't got back any pms saying they won't do their gift so we'll wait and see. Most people are saying if it isn't done by next week though, they'll understand if they're disqualified.

That's about all I have to update on. :V If you want to know exactly where someone is at, I can tell you what they told me without mentioning names.

I'd say that writing an appeal so that i don't get dismissed from college is a pretty big fucking deal.

I'm really sorry Fooflyer, I'll get started on the drawing as soon as I possibly can tomorrow.

And also Airigh, I'm pretty sure your secret Santa is a no-show, so I can draw something for you if you'd like after I'm done with Fooflyer's.

Everyone is so sweet, I think I've had like five people offer to make something for Airigh now.

I'm unfortunately starting to think their secret santa is a no show as well. I haven't seen them posting on the forum anywhere either, so I doubt they just took their present and ran but it's still a sad turn of events.
