With the limited info that I have, I would say that if you can convince your brother to fight for it, you probably should get him to be your guardian instead of your ma. Because even though her bitching might be unpleasant in the short term, your brother's responsibility will probably be better for you in the long term. Especially if your ma's financial habits while she has access to your cheddar end up causing you stress to the point of it affecting your ability to function mentally and physically.

Even she wants my brother to take the responsibility. She knows she shouldn't handle cheddar.

She's also the type of person who will sneak into your room while you're asleep and "borrow" the change on the nightstand. Something that has bothered me for a long time.

But now I'm on the second floor, and her lungs are too weak to even accommodate speaking after climbing a single flight of stairs. So I haven't worried about leaving the door more than just locked to keep her out of my (lack of) stuff.

If she weren't constantly making purchases on impulse and getting excessive luxuries, there wouldn't be quite as much of a problem. But now she has to go and fill the house with the smell of tobacco.
I absolutely hate that smell. It is nothing but bad memories. Not to mention breathing it in, even if I don't necessarily smell it, causes me pain and makes me an irritable mess without explanation (as is what has apparently been the case this past month; she has been hiding the smell with incense).

I feel you on the cigarette smoke. Everyone in my family knows not to smoke around me (though some still do sometimes). It chokes me up really badly just to be on the other side of the room as someone smoking. Someone came into the grocery store I worked at the other day and was smoking (which isn't allowed) but I didn't want to say anything and have the customer get rustled and make a scene. I hate it.

Someone asked me where I'm from, because I apparently speak with an accent. In reality, it's a speech impediment.

Not sure what I'm supposed to feel here. Disheartened, insulted or something like that.

One of the dogs had puppies several weeks ago. The daisies things are old enough to go to new homes. Unfortunately they aren't fully weaned (though we and their mother try to kept them from nursing), nor are they housebroken.

So now the whole house smells of shit and piss. I have to put on my shoes to leave my room at all, and the floor feels slick as fuck. It's fucking disgusting.

Kittens are better, since they instinctively dig and bury. You just have to put them in the litter box when you think they're gonna go. Dogs take so much more work, as far as I've seen in the past few years.

Get a crate big enough for them to sleep in and keep them in it. Let them out every couple of hours during the day to potty outside. Dogs won't pee/poop where they sleep unless they're forced to stay in the crate for too long.

When I was housetraining my puppy a few months ago, he only had 2 accidents in his crate, and one of them was because I overslept and didn't let him out in time. Just be sure to take them to the same spot everytime to potty and give them a treat for it. Don't give them a treat if they go in the wrong spot, but don't punish them either.

We used to have a second crate, but I don't know what happened to it. The one we have is being used for the rabbit.

Guess I won't be starting my Master's studies yet this year. Guess who didn't turn in all the necessary documents?

So fifth year of my current studies it is, it seems. I don't even have the energy to be rustled.

you can usually get them secondhand pretty cheap on craigslist. but yeah crate training is good not only for housebreaking but also just in general so you can confine them without them panicking when their new owners will leave the house etc.

We did that when the other dog had puppies.

Right now, it's 5AM. I have been up for an hour, because one of the puppies won't shut up, and my parents, like usual, NEVER HEAR ANY OF THE FUCKING DOGS. It's probably the puppy that I can't find. I don't know where he is, but he's annoying the hell out of me. I have to drive for around six hours. It'd be nice if someone would wake up and deal with this shit once in a while so I won't risk falling asleep at the wheel.

Last night, for whatever reason, my internet just would not work on Windows on my desktop. It worked fine on linux, so I knew it wasn't a hardware issue. I tried a lot of things and eventually just did a system restore. During the restore my computer restarted though and I forgot it does that, so it automatically booted into Linux because I wasn't there to select Windows. So the restore corrupted or whatever and completely broke windows so I had to reinstall it. Finally got it working but now I have to redownload all my games and stuff.

I'm starting to hate windows more and more. The only reason I keep it now is to play games with my friends.

More and more, it seems to me like Windows is only being used for games that require it.
