Isn't it weird though? That's at least the second thread posted like it in General today, from what I saw. Either people aren't reading the rules or any other threads whatsoever before they register, post and then never log in again, or spambots are getting sneaky to the point of extra uselessness by not posting any links or references to other services at all. I've seen 5-6 threads like the OMG GUYS ZOMBIES one and another one from earlier today that was called "Hi " total probably? And I actually spend most of my logged in time on here afk with the window just left open on my desktop.

But that was a real book, and the user's name was the book's author's name.

The one titled "Hi :)" was unnerving because it was so human-like.
Of course, even if it was a real person, most people tend to lurk and watch a community before posting such kinda things.

People who can't be bothered to read the forum rules are no loss to the forum.

There was one that looked like a pretty real person (maybe it was the "Hi" one, i don't remember) but at the very bottom in small, white text was a link in Russian that I didn't click.

I didn't see any link in the guy posting Saosin lyrics, though.

Are we really that worried the spam bots are real people?

I checked the email address and according to stopforumspam.com it was a SCP.
