The plot of this movie was indeed very, very interesting.

It made me think of how similar it was to something I read in "The Prince".

If you want your failing nation to unite...start a war.

That's what I remember, anyway.

I loved it.

Have you read the graphic novel? If not, you should try and pick it up. The movie was a fantastic adaptation, but of course it can't beat the source material, etc., etc.

I am excited for the Director's Cut DVD.

Not very. A cool kid is one who's mother reads it while she's pregnant and the impact of the story gets imprinted into the child's mind as a fetus, just like Mozart is supposed to do.

Actually, the penis really wasn't such a big deal.
Besides, they show tiddies on movie screens way too much, every other private organ should get the same treatment.
Oh...and without turning movies into porn.

Snyder did put in more of the Doc's junk to spite someone - an executive from some studio, I think who had suggested
Snyder leave out the Comedian's funeral, Manhattan's time on Mars, and Rorschach's interrogation.
I found far more scenes where he was cut off from the waist-down than when he was full-frontal, and there was never any focus on it.

But, you know, I did make that earlier comment, so I might be biased.

I saw the movie today, finally. Obviously source material was better.

Still, it was an excellent film.

I don't understand the ~intense hate~ some fanboys harbor for the Watchmen movie, because I keep thinking about how bad the movie could've been and it could've been much worse. It's the best adaptation of one of Moore's comics.
Who liked the original Nite Owl saving Bruce Wayne's parents in the opening credits? :awesome:
I haven't seen the movie yet. What did they replace Ozymandias' plot device with?

Oh dear god, that's awesome. If only the mugger was better at faking being punched, it would have been much better... but then, it adds classic-cheesiness to the whole thing..... Mmmmmm
