It would prevent any investigation cockups if the wizard claims early, but with private messaging not allowed having somebody you can trust isn't particularly useful. We know they don't have bad intentions, but their judgement probably isn't particularly better than anyone else's so following their votes isn't necessarily better. We do have a majority right up to the moment we lose. He can claim do we don't have problems with investigation, but I don't think it'll be useful otherwise.

I was under the impression that talking to each other by PM would be allowed. I would think it akin to whispering to each other.

As far as I know, it's just screenshotting PMs that isn't allowed. We should probably wait for Turbo to clarify first though.

I suppose it would help to have one trustworthy person, but how do we trust the person who claims to be ths wizard?

I'd have no way of regulating it, obviously, but you are allowed to PM each other as long as you continue to follow the game rules. This also means that dead players cannot talk to the living.

I think it would be better with them dissallowed. Even with no way to regulate it, if it's better for the game to not do it, then at least having it against the rules makes it so it isn't done by people who want to stay within rules. On EpicMafia whisper exists in some games, and the ones that have it are mostly "get confirmed town, whisper roles", then he sorts out the conflicts. It's pretty boring. Anyways /rant.
So... yeah.

I mean, I can't really stop it from happening. I'd rather it not happen at all but there's no way for me to actually do anything about it.
I'm not going to put it in the rules that you're not allowed to, but I'd really prefer all discussion about the game happen on public parts of the forum.

Well, unless the Ooze or Madam Crystal can get any leads, I fear we'll have lost this. With the Specter gone, that cuts our info gathering right down.

I'd still rather do a no lynch than go with a random one.

Well, I was going to wait and see if I could pick out any more information from what was said during the day. But I'll just go ahead and drop the information I have now. From what the witchhunters said at night, I know either Misterme or Cori is a bad person, and the other is innocent. I also know Supaaku is clear.

Basically,

Good fey people: Me, Supaaku, one of Misterme or Cori
Bad not fey people: the other of Misterme or Cori

Personally, I'm leaning towards Cori being the bad one, based on what's been said so far.
