You hide the flask, and you go to him and say that you have another flask that you want to trade for another baby. At first it goes pretty well, but then he asks to see the flask, and you have no choice but to show him. Unfortunately, he recognize it, and suddenly yell 'Thief ! Thief ! Millennium Hand and Shrimp !". You don't really get that last part but you hear people outside calling the Guards.
Maybe it's time to flee ?
You can go out through one of the two doors, or you can try to hide in the broom closet, or even get in the baby cage. Or maybe just stay here. Whatever you want.
