However, it appears I wasn't specific enough in what I meant so I will allow a do-over

I'll edit the rules to specify what I meant by franchise

The Kid from Little Samson.

The Chosen Undead from Dark Souls. Since he's customization I picked the Elite Armor, which is usually used to represent him/her. Dark Souls contains no guns at all, only bows and crossbows, and whether you use them is up to you. There's only one game currently out in the series, though the second is being made.

Ellie from Monster Tale! She's the one with the blue hair.
Ellie is the main character of the game and uses no guns. She has this bracelet that let's her fire little energy blasts, but not a gun, so whatevs. Monster Tale is a metroid-y game on the DS. No spin off, no sequel, nuthin. ;_;

Daniel from Amnesia: The Dark Descent.
He's the playable character and can not use any weapons whatsoever.
He is not actually a floating arm.

Captain Olimar, from the Pikmin series which is just getting its third game.

Sam Fisher from Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell series

Uhm, haven't there been a bit more than 3 games of Splinter Cell?

Wait it has to be three games or less? But, it's not a franchise with only one game either, so it has to have 2 or 3 games then. Ugh. Gimme a sec.

Death, from Darksiders II. He is playable and mostly uses his two scythes as weapons, but can also use a number of other melee weapons and some gauntlets with interesting powers. The series only has two games.

Also, I guess now that I think about it a franchise could be only one game, if you think of a franchise as a brand name. I definitely read that wrong at first.

Death uses Redemption, a handgun, as his primary ranged weapon.

Haha that's what I get for using games I haven't played. I had never seen a gun in what I've seen of the game, though. I guess the people I was watching never used it??
