Zasalamel from Soul Calibur 3/4.
He uses arcane majyks to reincarnate as soon as he dies, over and over. He also pulls the strings behind the events of SC3 to bring Soul Edge and Soul Calibur against one another, strengthening Soul Calibur. In SC4 he catches a glimpse of the future and uses everything at his disposal to push humanity forward, his endings's super cool in that one.
So cool guy, spooky and uses magic every now and again.

Also, if you're using imgur, you can type a lowercase l after the filename to shrink pics a bit.

Guthix from Runescape. he is a god and has the power to shapeshift as seen on the wiki page

Ash Crimson from The King of Fighters. He can use pyrokinesis and can absorb the powers of other fighters.

Isaac Lightbrad, a mage/summoner from Lost Magic on the DS

Saturos from Golden Sun. He's a Mars Adept, meaning he can use fire-based magic.

Chonrei and his twin brother, Chonshu, are creepy little kids who are after the Jin Scrolls that Geese obtains inthe game. they use all manner of ancient chinese voodoo kung fu to try and obtain them. While their ages are never explicitly stated, it's implied that they're just little kids.
