(Well, Krom can poll his 300 gold for the bidders. and, maybe some intimidation to help tip the odds.)

Now see, I don't actually know how much gold you guys have total, so I couldn't force the sword to start in your price range. But I don't want to change prices now, so I guess you could always sell something. Or does Krom's +300 help?

I'd like to take part in the auction as well and am willing to split the bill a bit for something. I got 558g total and can offer 2 maybe 300 for somethin. That said I'd like to bid on the bubble pipe(10g) and mystery box(30g).

One more thing, are there any rich looking folk in the crowd?

Oooone more thing. I'm not really all that sure what to upgrade a bard with. Maybe a few extra skill points, or let me cast a 2nd level spell early? One thing I was also considering was the Die Hard feat without the endurance requirement or benefit seeing as I am rather prone to dying apparently. I'm honestly unsure of what would be ok and what wouldn't :/

I guess you do seem kind of easy to kill, sure, diehard.

There are two people who look rich and fancy, one with a fez & pipe, one with a tux, monocle, top hat and twirly moustache.
You win The Bubble Pipe of Sophistication. Other people who would have bid stopped after 5.
When you bid for the Mystery Box, the gold sniffing gopher guy places another bid, 40 gold, on the box.
One rich person finally speaks up on the egg, going for 1050.
Random normal looking people start bidding on the bike and wagon, at their given price.

What are the specifics on Ring of Invisibility? Like do you activate it or is it permanent so long as you wear it? And what're the stats of the Lightning Sword?

The descriptions of the items, as of now, are only what the auctioneer (Houton) has said of them. Any other functions may or may not be revealed at the time of purchase, depending on the function and use of said item. I will say at least, that the ring will turn you invisible, if nothing else. Not the other kind of invisibility ring, in which the ring is invisible.
From what you can see of the sword on the stand, it is a longsword, very finely crafted. Your detect evil senses nothing from it. I don't know if anyone has detect magic but yes, it is magic.

(Shinsa's got 468 GP, so a bit of help from Krom and Koeq for the sword would be good if you're willing.)

I don my newly won Bubble Pipe of Sophistication, bid 50g on the box and walk over to the rich man with the pipe. I compliment him on his pipe and tell him I'm with the Starving and Terminally Disabled Orphan Charity trying to acquire items for the children and was wondering if he would be willing to acquire and donate one item that the children were hoping to have before they passed away. The Lightning Sword. The children would very much love if they could at least for a bit be like the heroes of their favorite tales.

Can I make spellcraft checks to identify the magic items? If so 17+3 for the lightning sword and 11+3 for the invisibility ring.

Blanche also cast detect magic to identify any magic qualities in any of the objects. He also bids 50 gold on the alchemy sprayer.

Krom gives leers at anyone who bids at an item any friends want. (Intimidates.)

Your bluff and diplomacy are close enough I'll fuse them into this one roll. Your total of 21 diplomacy instead only earns you his bid for the Hover Bike "I think a magic sword is a little much for children, but I think I will get that Hover Bike for them. Evel Knievel is just as much a hero to the people as any old adventurer they could play as." The bluff part went over well enough he doesn't question it.

The gopher man cannot afford more, so you win at 50 gold. You win the Mystery Box, what comes in or out, no one knows. The gopher man does come up to you and asks if he can use it for just a minute. You can hold onto it at all times, just place it low enough for the gophers if they sense anything, he says.

You identify that the sword is evocation, the ring is illusion (your nat20 reveals that it's also cursed to make you blind while wearing it in addition to being invisible), and the sprayer is not magical.

The guards ask to inspect the sprayer before it gets sold. They don't run off with it, before you jump to conclusions, but after studying it for a bit and discussing with each other they bid 70 gold.

Krom, your intimidate scares off the elf guard wielding a support beam and 4 others, reducing their maximum possible bid. 10 guards remain.

Blanche bids 80 gold and tries to reassure the guards by telling them he's just a devoted travelling healer who wants to use this for self defence. (Don't know what I'm rolling but I got an 11)

Woo! I thank the rich man and turn to the gopher man. Holding the box the whole time I allow his rodents to smell the box or sense it or whatnot. Once they're done I cautiously open the box so that it can't be stolen/eaten by gophers and see whats in it.

The guards discuss between each other for a bit, decide to hold off on the sprayer bid. You obtained a sprayer! It came with a complimentary gift of a vial of alchemist fire, frost, some acid, some orange liquid, and some deep crimson liquid.
The guards are still in the lead for the ring bid, unless I missed someone bidding for it.
You are offered the bike by the rich man. It is pedal powered, floats up to 3ft off the ground, goes faster than walking alone, and it's weight capacity isn't listed.

The man opens and closes the box repeatedly, looking at the gophers every time. Eventually the gophers jump in, and he goes after them, disappearing. The box closes behind him. You look into the box and see... hold on give me a second to roll this... a large body of water, and a tiny island in the distance. The box itself is 1.5x1.5x1.5 ft., enough that a medium humanoid will just barely miss getting its booty stuck upon jumping in.

Shinsa bids on the sword with the help of Krom and Koeq I guess.

Also seems that gopher guy is trying to steal some treasure.
