He buckles down and performs another quickdash, following up with the dashing punch as he turns around to face his opponent, fingers poised to input the Scythe Reversal command on his guard as he awaits his opponent's move.

You speed towards him leaving your accent on the floor. He steps back just as your dash gives out, but your punch propels you forward, he leans away and you miss. You're starting to see through his tricks and you dodge his kick effortlessly, he uses the momentum of the kick to swing back to his feet. Back on his feet he takes a stance and takes a deep breath. You can see two pinpricks of light coming through the red band around his eyes.
