YO GUNPLA DUDES have any of you guys ordered kits from amiami? If so, have you ever gotten a kit with a manhandled box from them? I don't want my HGUC V2 to arrive trashed, especially since it's boxart is pretty sweet.

Oh, so that was you on /toy/.
Anyway, my V2 shipped and it's supposed to have tracking, but I can't figure out how to use it. Oh well.

Anyways, my GM is freakin' adorable.

Cute as shit.

I dont know what service they used in relation to the tracking number but usually you go to the site of the carrier such as UPS or FedEX and they have a place to punch it in to track.

Also ALMOST finished.

Getting back to watching Zeta Gundam, I am growing quite fond of the Galbady.
So I go to check if there's a kit. Yeah. For 450 dollars there is. No regular kits of it. That kinda sucks.

Weird, when I googled, all I could find were 60 dollar conversion kits and
this ranging in prices from fucking expensive to goddamn hell who would pay that much for a model kit.

I really want to buy an Evangelion figure but I'm not sure if I want to go full Weeaboo yet. I'm going to MCM London this October to meet up with some British friends so I might pick something up there. There's Nom Con up in Dublin this August but all my real life friends have self respect so that's a no-go. Oh well, where there's a Weeaboo will, there's a Weeaboo way.

EDIT: Just found out that MCM will be in Dublin this April. That has less of a focus on anime so I can drag my stupid self respecting friends along to that!

Stuff you buy at cons will be marked up and probably fake anyway.

I'd recommend online stores like amiami or HobbyLink Japan.

your pals don't even have to know!

until you have them over and have to explain this to them

The prices on hlj are unbeatably low. Sucks that for that same reason they're constantly out of stock for cool stuff.
