Ever since this morning, my right knee has felt strange. It feels like there's some kind of...I don't know, pressure inside my knee. You know how when you crack your knuckles and toes, there's a pressure you feel just before it? Kinda like that, I feel like I should be able to "crack" my knee and release the pressure. It only happens when I bend it, and I can still move it completely, it's just uncomfortable to bend. And my knee was really hurting when I was driving home from work today and had to keep my right foot on the gas pedal. The only thing I can think of that would cause this is the fact that I do a lot of standing and walking up and down stairs all day at work. Any other thoughts?

I know that the whole 'cracking your knuckles causes arthritis' thing is a myth, but recently I've started being able to pop the joints on my wrists too and it's making me nervous because one of my worst fears as an artist is developing carpal tunnel or arthritis in my left wrist. Does anyone have any advice?

Isn't arthritis caused by a lack of collagen in your articulations? You could try eating food with more collagen in it, or get some of those collagen supplements they sell in drug stores and see if that helps.
For some reason I thought you lived in Canada (until I dug out the AZ People Map) so this might not be as simple, but in any case you should ask a doctor about it, or at least a nurse. We have a medical hotline here, you can describe your symptoms to a nurse and they tell you whether or not you should seek treatment. Is there something like that where you live?

I think I'm having some serious sleep problems, I've been having a lot of trouble getting out of bed in the mornings, and I often sleep in late, REALLY late, like past noon. I've been trying to go to bed around 1AM, I usually get to sleep by 2, and I've been trying to slowly get to bed earlier, but I often just don't fall asleep when I do go to bed early. I tried taking some melatonin last night to get myself to bed sooner but it didn't seem to make a big difference. I'll probably try sleeping even earlier though.

It's getting to the point where I'm missing class or other appointments at least once a week, and it's hard because I'm trying to find a morning routine that will actually get me up and going but nothing's worked so far. I put my alarm across the room, I try getting a cold drink of water, cold shower (and often I end up falling back asleep after my shower, wat?)... any other tips for stuff I can try to keep me from going back to bed? I clearly can't rely on myself to get myself awake, being sleepy apparently robs me of all my willpower.

And yes I've been talking to my doctor about it for a while now, still trying to find different strategies. I can't help but feel like I need some huge change to my routine but I can't figure out what. Just figured maybe you guys had some tips?

If you're still on your computer that late at night, this is a helpful program

I slept a lot better when I started using it

I'm trying it now. The color is gonna take a lot of getting used to but it does remind me of the lamp that I turn on at night time already, so at least there's some consistency there. I remember not being able to stand having blue-ish lights on at night so maybe this should help.

Really my only complaint is that since I'm on a laptop, the tilt of the screen makes it so that the top of the screen looks more orange than the bottom.

I'm having this weird stomach sickness and I'm feeling hungry, but I'm sure I would vomit if I tried eating too many things.

how to get rid of cold sores on the inside of your mouth
how to physically remove cold sores on the inside of your mouth from body
how to manifest cold sores on the inside of your mouth into human form and kick them repeatedly

No, seriously, what's the best way to get rid of cold sores on the inside of your mouth?
And what are they called again? I once heard of one name but it escapes me now.

Cold sores are herpes, you're talking about canker sores.

Get some Orajel for canker sores, or GUM Canker-X (assuming you're in the states). You can pick them up at your local Walgreens or CVS.

I think I've gotten tinnitus. Anyone know any ways to help it? It's not too bad, I can tolerate it, I just don't want it to get worse.

-Avoid listening to loud music and don't hang out in places with loud noises without proper protection
-Get a doctor to look at it.

That should go away on it own I think, I guess avoid loud noises/headphones.
