Dear god I killed myself with some squats today

But I guess if you're aching after working out then you're doing something right!

Hmm, I think any sort of brisk movement counts toward aerobic exercise.

I'm guessing your after something low impact though huh? So that might cut out stuff like jump rope.

Dancing? Skating? (if you have skates) Long walk in a hilly area?

Basically, just do something that's gonna puff you out.

So I guess running away from gangsters in the low-rent district after delivering a pizza counts?
I didn't actually do this but I may end up having to at one point in my life

Take an extra pizza with you to appease them... or just take advantage of the exercise you'd be getting.

Swimming. Probably costs cheddar too, but heh - it's safer and easier on your joints than pretty much anything else you can do, I know people well into their 80s who swim on a regular basis.

He said he doesn't have access to a pool.

In other news I hurt my right wrist at work. Hopefully it wont take too long to heal, because I'm only doing weights on my left arm for the time being.

Today for my yoga class we did inversions.

I having never doing them before found them sort of diffucult and I found it was hard for me to catch my breath.

But I had hella lot of fun having my feet balacing so nicly over my head.

I really like the way this position made me feel.

I used to do something like that (not much like that) position as a kid. Back then it was called 'playing on the floor'.
It was possible for me back then as I weighed nothing. If I fell over the CTR TV was hefty enough not to get knocked down.
Now, keeping my fat booty in the air poses a major risk to my pricey flat screen.

To be honest keeping your legs straight up like that is really impressive.

As for my health news, I have been keeping up with my daily exercise and appear to have lost a kilo in the last week. But a kilo is easily lost and gained so nothing too exciting there.
Wrist is feeling better too.

Yesterday for yoga class I did

BOOM

Back bends are difficult, especially when you dont have enough upper body strength to last past a few breaths.

I can actually do that position with my legs up in the air, even though I weigh 95 kilos.

I've been going to the beach for walks the last few days, as my dog needed the exercise and the weather allowed it. When I do it enough my calves tend to get sore in a really nice way.

Anyway, I'm a lazy sack of shit and haven't been working out at all lately. I blame exams.

Have only missed one day of exercise this month. Been doing it kinda half assed though. Better than nothing I suppose.

Raaaa, just finished an hour-long stationary bike session. So sweaty, man
I'm gonna do another one later today because for the past two weeks I've been on vacation and I've gained a few pounds. It's never a good feeling when your pants feel just a little tighter.

Started breakdance training every week again. God, I feel so bad for sitting on my booty so long. I retained most of my strength, technique and agility, but my endurance is completely gone. I was wrecked after an hour and a half.

I'd been getting lazy and neglecting to take my dog out for a walk every single day. The way the street is here it takes about an hour to walk the entire circle, so come tomorrow (not going to be around today) I'm going to start doing it daily again. Will take notes in this thread regarding other things, too.
