Speaking of the kinder surprise I know and love:

They are an egg-shaped, chocolate candy that comes in a white and orange foil wrapper.

You peel off the foil as you would an egg shell to discover a milk chocolate egg. If you break off a piece, the inside of the egg is white chocolate.

Inside the egg (it is hollow, and the shell is quite thin, but still satisfying) is usually an orange or yellow plastic cyclinder. You would pop it open, and inside, there used to be a multiple-pieced toy with a small sheet of instructions.

They weren't hard to put together, a child could still do it. But usually you did need the instructions to figure out what the fuck your toy was supposed to be once it was created.

And yes, it usually came with stickers. Most of them also usually had some kind of button or press that would make them move or make noise.

Keep in mind these were tiny plastic toys, you could hold them between your thumb and index finger easily. They were pretty fucking cool regardless.

Kinder Eggs cost a lot

I think they are banned in America because they are supposedly not child safe.

Too many small parts for a child to young choke and suffocate on.

Apparently Canada doesn't care about the children, because Kinder Eggs are all over here.

It is a harsh yet efficient filtering system.

Canada only has a need for strong children, to survive our harsh, canadian winters.

The children who swallow too many marbles are fed to the mountain lions.

Of course, upstanding members of society get it easy on the winter part. That's why there are so daisies many of us up here.

It's because Canadian kids aren't as dumb.

If our children fail the Kinder Surprise test, we send them into the north to build massive igloos to our patron diety, William Shatner.

I love Kinder Surprise Eggs, occassionally me and Tuxedo Mask buy one.
I get all angry when I get a car, which happens a lot apparently.

But I agree, I liked the toys a lot more when I was small, nowadays they seem a bit loveless. My favorite toys back then and nowadays are the figures of either present movies in the cinema, or their series like dinosaurs, hippos or crocodiles.

Not to mention I love the chocolate from them.

oh man, every time me and my brother are in Spain, we buy these things called Kinder Joys, where you get this white chocolate mousse stuff and a spoon, and of course the toys, which are better than the ones you get in Surprises, and the best part was there was like a Ferrero Roche in the middle

I never went to any supermarket though, all I found was a bunch of creepy mask shops and shoe stores.
