It all has to do with electrical signals transmitted around your computer, based in a binary on/off 1/0 system. For example, moving the mouse is a signal, and so is clicking the "View more Emoticons" button, and then so is clicking the ":awesome:" emote

so you see, with just two numbers and some electricity almost anything can be made!
