So in Brawl you get stickers to put on the trophy stands of your characters in the Subspace Emissary to enhance stats
"Magic" is one stat and "PK" (which is the same as PSI) is another
That and, in the games, PSI is said to be psychic power, not magic

psychic shit might as well be fuckin' magic, especially in the mother series

my only real rule around any sort of technicality is that it has to be magical-ish in the game's story. in game it can do magical damage, but like if they clearly use guns then that's not right.
