That's ambiguous, do they still count as non-moving if you hit them with a hammer to set them off? They're not exactly fired from a gun.

Otherwise I wouldn't even say that's remarkable; I've certainly never been killed by a stationary bullet.


The ability to alter your rate of travel through time in a range of positive .999 to positive 1.001 times your normal rate of travel. You may only alter your speed for one second every year.
