It is, then the can explodes in your face. You go home, clean up, only to find a piece of shrapnel lodged in your body. You become infected with several diseases, and only live a few more years before your body fails completely.

Granted but you realize that you can't play the flute unless you're drunk. You become drunk to play it but you end up walking on a free way and getting ran over by a musician riding a moose.

Granted, you buy a bootleg portal gun online. the faulty wiring causes purple portals to nowhere, I.E. the worlds inbetween worlds and all sorts of icky monstrosities pour out and wreak general havoc and whatnot, bringing about the end of the earth and miscellaneous badness. see the something smells fishy thread for further reading.
