i have this really stupid thing where this thick dandruff/fungus stuff grows on my scalp and because i haven't washed my hair recently it's gotten worse and i keep scratching and now it's all sore and bloody and sticky and i can't wash my hair until tomorrow so i'll have to live with it all night

Seriously though, take care of that. Do you really want family to intervene and shave you? Those who can't clean their hair don't deserve to have any. I'm thinking that your condition can be treated with kerosene and a lighted match.
