No, we figured out which mod that was (wasn't so hard, really) and they were demoted. They were actually a friend of Crisp's, I think.

Yeah, that was the guy I was thinking of, thought he was the original creator too though. I was trying to dig that stuff up just now because I couldn't recall the name, and I came across this tweet which seems to indicate as much. The tumblr itself seems to have been deleted.

I made a post about not understanding relationships and people were super nice about it and tried to explain it to me without being judgemental. This was Spoony's insight.
Admittedly I am an idiot and that post made me look even dumber and people will assume I'm bringing this up because I'm butthurt but that's just no way to talk when you're a moderator.

That was three years ago though, I'd wager Spoony is less of a dick now. I don't want to find excuses for him saying that of course and it IS unbecoming especially for a mod, but yeah, three years' a long time. We did pick him as a mod for his "rough around the edges" aspect and because we knew he wouldn't hesitate to just warn 'n ban people if needed (and also because he earned some proletariats' trust through the years) but he wasn't a perfect mod by any means.
