I think I would raise terrible kids, so I plan on improving the lives of others.

I'm quite irresponsible in many things, so I'm not sure how I'd handle a child. I doubt I'd be able to handle the diapers and the crying and lack of sleep.

I fear I might raise it a bit wrong as well, leading him / her to drugs or premature death perhaps. Who knows.

Numerous things which I can't see myself being able to do, at least for now.

Dude, everyone is kind of scared of messing up a kid. All you can do is what your judgment decides is best. And as for the responsibility thing, that's why there are usually two parents. They kind of each pick up what the other can't handle. And your priorities tend to shift once you actually have a child anyway.

In other words, I'm sure that you won't do anything horribly wrong.
