Ha. I used to have a folder full of them, but I deleted all my pictures a few weeks back because of reasons. I'm trying to build em back up now, and I'm posting them as I find em. There's one I'm trying to find right now of a possessed woman in a chair. I also know a few decent creepypastas.

I honestly don't know how one would scientifically distinguish between a moth and a butterfly, other than perhaps their diet. I'm fairly certain that's a moth, because it's too large for most flowers.

That's biology in a nutshell. Everything looks/acts like X unless they look/act completely differently.

Basically, most moths have much more apparent hair on wings, thorax, and antennae, they're nocturnal, and many of them aren't able to eat because fused mouth pieces (which means they have to bulk up more as caterpillars).

I was expecting a lot of gray area. What I had failed to realize was how easy it was to tell the two apart in some ways that I'd been doing but never noticed myself doing. Like how they hold their wings or the shape of the antennae.

The only moths Ive ever seen have been grey

The only moths I've ever seen could have been grey but I wasn't able to tell with how fast my cats catch and eat them.
