There's also the fact that the older you get with games the less hand-friendly they are. Consider trying to rebind keys to make it easier for you.
If you're still having trouble, maybe use ESDF instead of WASD for movement so you have more room on the left for binds and stuff.

I already know how to use a keyboard and never really had trouble with it before. I've played a whole lot of games on it. I used to play a few fast-paced action games on pure Keyboard, one of which being Rumble Fighter. Then I moved on to Super Smash Flash 2 after I learned that they gave it online play and because I love the Smash Bros. gameplay and wanted to see how it'd play with human opponents for a change.

I eventually got a USB controller because I started feeling uncomfortable with making a lot a lot of quick finger movements across the same few keys over and over and started playing most PC games with that since.

So, currently not having a controller, I decided to attempt keyboard again. I'm thinking either I've gotten too unused to it after using a nice, comfortable controller that fit perfectly between my fingers for so long, or trying to build high-level techniques into my Melee gameplay for the first time starting a few months ago has destroyed my hands because I'm stupid and don't do hand stretches.

Also: I don't really play a lot of games that require hotkeys, so switching over to another set of keys doesn't seem like it'd be worthwhile.

I've come to the conclusion that I am really bad at saying no to people. I'm getting better, I swear. And I've been making myself say no, instead of making up excuses or using the old "I have a boyfriend" excuse. I mean, it's a valid excuse, but I feel as though it's an excuse nonetheless to get me out of saying an out right "no". Hooray for baby steps in being assertive.

Another conclusion I'm coming to is that I am kind of vain and suspicious of guys. Like, guys asking for my number are just being friendly, right? :psyduck: Although, guys that I do give my number to tend to text me a lot, so I get really anxious in a "oh my God, he's trying to hit on me, isn't he?" way and just try and find points to mention that I have a boyfriend so they stop talking to me as much. I feel ridiculous, and kind of vain. Like, just cause they're a guy who talks to me a lot doesn't have to immediately mean that they're interested in me that way.

Easy solution. Don't give them your number. Then you don't have to worry about interpreting whether their texts are flirty *Tada-hands!*

I'm a user on a certain gaming-related wiki, and this wiki has a page where it links to articles in the Internet news media where said wiki is mentioned. Now, someone removed a link to The Escapist Magazine from four years ago, saying "on second thought let's not link to the Escapist". Now, I confronted them about this, because I was puzzled as to why they would do this. They stated that they were the user that first added the link (which I'm willing to believe, as this person is a longtime contributer to the wiki), and they removed it because, essentially, they didn't really like what the Escapist has been doing and would rather not support them "in any way, no matter how minor".

Something that comes into play here, apparently Escapist has recently hired an editor that is openly transphobic? I did not know this. My normal response would be that the ethics of MY GOD-GIVEN RIGHT TO SAY WHATEVER THE FUCK I WANT AND DISREGARD ALL CONSEQUENCES TO WHAT I SAY and one's own opinion should apply, as long as this person doesn't publish articles on The Escapist based on such beliefs. However, I didn't want to start a debate about something like that.

I made a passing remark that the wiki still links to Kotaku. This person said that they didn't understand how that applies to this. That was my mistake, but I decided I would use Kotaku in my argument: this person doesn't like The Escapist, and I don't like Kotaku, and neither of us want to support the website we don't like. But I don't go and remove all of the links to Kotaku because of my own opinion. I carefully pointed out that yes, I heard that they were the ones who added this link in the first place, but it shouldn't matter in this case.

The person went on to say that it's "not a big deal". I responded asking why this person would remove the link in the first place if it wasn't such a big deal. I have yet to receive their response.

Am I in the wrong here? I understand that I can be quite stubborn and not present points that can be considered valid at times, but I simply don't understand the reasoning to this. Wikis should remain unbiased on things such as this.

I guess the real questions to mull over when considering bringing up something minor on the internet are things like "Is it worth it to start an argument/discussion over this?" or "Is it a big enough deal to be concerned about?"

Also, though wikipedia generally enforces a lack of bias in their articles, I've found that wikis in general (especially for games) are considerably more lax and far less proofread and less meticulously maintained. Most of em are kind of a mess of irrelevant factoids and "interesting" trivia pertaining to whatever game/series it covers. Probably not worth it to get into an ethical discussion on a wiki about the removal of a link or whatever.

I have been told about that one pizza with the bacon around the crust no less than 7 times in the last 3 days
I don't even like bacon that much and Little Caesars is a sad excuse for a Roman Dictator please stop telling me about the bacon pizza

My phone needs to be replaced. Facebook won't open, chrome keeps crashing and now the keyboard is lagging.

I will never understand the fascination people have with bacon. I can see it as a side dish, sure, but its just gotten ridiculous. Its not even that good!

I like a few pieces of bacon from time to time but my stomach is so sensitive that it makes me sick. Way too greasy.

I don't use a lot of bacon either. I only put it on sandwiches, salads, burritos, pizza, tacos, lasagna, spaghetti, ice cream, donuts, ham, chicken, sushi, venison, rabbit, turkey, pickles, pie, cheese, crackers, spam, nachos, bagels, tires, macaroni, apples, oranges, burgers, potatoes, and bacon.

There's really not much reason to put it on anything else.

I like it most as in a baked potato, and on a burger.

I usually stick to bacon with breakfast foods. Maybe the occasional pizza or burger if I'm feeling particularly fa- er, indulgent.
