Warm water, then cool. Gotta bring the temperature down, like you do with decompression cause you go too fast and it causes problems.

Uhh, guys? It's fine. It's looking better already. There's still a burn mark, but the blistering has subsided a lot and it doesn't itch or hurt or anything.

Work is giving me a nice collection of scratches, scrapes, sores, and aches. Leg got bloodied from a briar bush today and my hand has a hard bump where I keep slamming it with a sledgehammer.

I'll gladly give you about 20 pounds.

well rounded muscle exercise would be the best bet. Eat a good amount of protein and carbs and exercise your whole body, not just your legs with walking.

Are you experiencing any pain or discomfort? Are you under any stress right now? I think you should report to your GP either way. Even if it's not serious it could also mean the new pill isn't working for you.

that's actually really common when starting bc or switching to a new kind. i would probably call the doc but more than likely she'll tell you it's normal and to give it time to even out your hormones. it's especially common when going from say the pill to depo shot - the different forms affect you in different ways and sometimes your body flips out for a while

I've been trying to research which birth control would be best to start with, but everything seems to boil down to "Well everyone reacts differently so good luck!"
